The patched version contains all Emulations and was breifly tested on my 730 - gives about 30mb free Ram.
To me on my device it seems the restictions from previous Start NC are gone as I have access to basically all menu buttons.
Limitations: Due to the fact that TT limited this NC for the Start no hardware functions like microphone are possible, so no ASR or voice commands.

My initial tests show that LoquendoTTS voices are supported as well.

To install:
1. Make a full backup using Windows Explorer
2. Delete all from your device except your map folder and the folder "voices"
3. Unpack the archive to your device, confirm overwrite if neccessary
4. Set up and enjoy

To change the emulation: Last page of the menu "Skin Chooser"
Do the calibration correctly!
Select the emu with the arrows a double tap in the centre of the screen will cause a reboot with the emulation you slected.
I can not tell if all emulations work an all devices, so if your device hangs or won't work after the emu change simply overwrite the content of the folder "skins" with the content of the archive and try again with a differnt emu.

hello! I was wondering if you could please upload it on another host. Whenever I try to download it from FileFactory I always end up getting "All free download slots are in use.", so I can't download your navcore...and I really want to try it.

Try hitting the "back" button in your browser to get back to the download link.
Repeated (quick) doing so should give you a slot after a few tries.

man have I tried...and no luck..I'm beginning to have FileFactory phobia :(
