Navcores for NaviGo

I've been using navcore 7.910 (9185) for ages now. Is there a later version that will work on my wince Navigo, and if so, what improvements would it bring?

TT 7.915 up to 7.918 all available versions

On wince devices you are pretty much stuck with 7.450 and 7.910, there is really no difference between all the windows versions.
