Need Help on Activating Maps on SD card

Hi, after reading again lots of posts on here, I have managed to update both map & navcore. The only problem I seem to have is activating a map that is stored on the SD card rather than internal memory. If I move the map onto internal memory fastactivate sees it and does the job. But the map I want to activate is too big for the internal memory (1gb western europe). I have put fastactivate on the SD car (as well as the root of tomtom) but it doesnt seem to see the map on SD card :-(

Any pointers much appreciated.

1. Copy the map folder to your SD card.
2. Copy the "ttgo.bif" file (you will find it in the root) to your SD card and then run the activator selecting the SD card.
3. Remember to switch maps in "prefs" if you use more than one version.
