need help with tt canda 310

hi guys i have tt canada 310 which is stuck on red cross with cable indicating to connect to pc i have tired to connect it to pc but pc is unable to find the driver i have installed tomtom 2 software installed on pc. the tt is not working i have reset it by power button but after reset it come back to usb connection logo

You don't have a hole like this at the bottom of your device? It is possible that yours is a bit different than this one.

If so, use a paperclip to reset it, connect your device to your PC and start it up.
It will show up in your windows explorer.

It's more than possible!! pachicoo sez in post 1 that "I have reset it by power button but after reset it come back to usb connection logo".

no i dont have
the exect model is
Model =4EN42
Z1230

it dont have reset button. i think its tt smart 25
but with this model no in google showed me its canada 310

Ok, no idea what happened to my previous posting, so I'll try again:
The image indicates a corrupted Navcore and device is asking to be re-installed by the TT software on the PC.
The mdoel number indicates a Start 20 device which can not be modified by the user anymore.
Press and hold the power button for 15+ sec - this will cause a reset, you should hear the drums and device should start.
If not follow TT procedures of fixing your device as there is not much we can do with them.
[Please Register or Login to download file]
If you had TT software previously installed I suggest to remove it through the system control panel to avoid conflicts when installed the latest version - drivers, old files etc...
