need some spoonfeeding ... where is the autoactivate file?!

Hi! I am following the tutorial file on how to get the TT working on a PDA running windows mobile.
The thread says "Download AutoActivate here" but the link http://www.navitotal.com/showthread.php?8894-AutoActivate-amp-FastActivate-1.8.8.1
takes me the forum! any ideas?
