You navcore version can be found by connecting your 125 to your computer, then open it in windows explorer & opening the device's ttgo.bif file.

I think they still use a Navcore 8.08x similar to the 130 and no TTS.
Imho the easiest way is to connect to Home, update the Navcore to the latest official Navcore and add a 3259 map of you choice.
After that use FastActivate to patch the ttsytem/PNDNavigator and to activate the map.

I have confirmed that txtech's 8083 is the current navcore for his device, just as you thought.

Exactly as Downunder said. Connect your unit to your puter & run TT Home "Update My Device". Map is here: All New Maps 865.XXXX

FastActivate ENG 28.03.2011 {1.8.6.6} Select the Premium version.

I see you're after the 865.3259 map, but for which country?

For the USA 865.3259 map, click here

http://www.navitotal.com/forums/showthread.php?4551-All-New-Maps-865.XXXX

Scroll down to United_States and click on United_States_865_3259 [775.3MB]

On the next page, you will see the map in 4 parts. Download each one, then use WinRaR to extract Part 1 which will extract the whole map into a folder.

If you guys can't even get a download working and really ask for help for that, how do you get the rest together?
I already gave instructions today :link: and I'm not doing it again.
How to download files is something so simple that I refuse further comments.
