New maps v.1050 - cannot be started

Great work. I'm glad my suspicion was wrong. FYI: To test the tt8_keygen2 program, I modified the meta code and the keygen happily generated the wrong .dct file (no error occurred, even though the meta was obviously wrong). That finding made me suspect that the posted meta code was wrong (it isn't).

Good teamwork fredderf and monstro900 ! :039:

Holyhead...we know the answer then ;)

Good job monstro900 & anmvuswa, we're getting somewhere...so the question is, where are you all downloading the maps from...popeye's thread?

So, to double check: mauzao you wanted Iberia 1050.10182...please download it from [Please Register or Login to download file] and report back (PW: navitotal)

I'll try that Monday and give feedback, hope you're right!
There's more than one source here in the forum to each map?
I just found the one I've downloaded at least the Iberia ones...

Yes Fredderf, all the maps I tried came from Popeye's thread. Some did work, others not.

Like a Glove!!!
Couldn't wait until Monday so I've already tested and this version worked like a charm! There's some problem with some sources in the forum I guess.
Could someone share the Iberia 10180 working also? Or point me to the right direction...

Thks

Fredderf, can you share what actually the problem is/was? I'm a bit curious

It was strange that neither Holyhead or myself had any problems with exactly the same maps but we source our maps from a private place. After your tests were successful, it became obvious (although highly unusual) that some of Popeye's maps appear to have a minor corruption. I'll send him a PM with the affected maps so he can fix them:

Europe 1050.10180
Europe_Zone_West 1050.10180
Iberia 1050.10180
Iberia 1050.10182

Fredderf, the initial post mentions Central and Eastern Europe 1050.10180 as well. :024:

Thanks a lot, I can see that Popeye edited the 1050 map post but I'm not sure which one have changed, do you know if Europe 1050.10180 is ready for download and test ?

I asked Popeye about this and he told me Europe 1050.10180 has been re-uploaded, I'm currently downloading it and I'll report my test ASAP
