Hi. I have problem... I downloaded maps Central and Eastern Europe and Europe 1050.10180 for carminat. Meta is OK. FastActivate - everything ok. But GPS says the map can't be used. Previous version 1045 ... works OK. Can you help? Thanks

I have similar problem (Renault Scenic III 2009):
"Problem with the map. You can't use this map in this device: Europe-102448"

I've the same problem, Fastactivate runs ok, but map doesn't work on device, tested Iberia 1050_10180 and Iberia 1050_10182 in diferent devices, One 3rd edition and Windows Mobile Navigator...

I have used FA on my sd card to activate and patch map/navcore.
All says dct is ok.
But when I start it up it says the map can’t be used on this device
I tried 1050.10180 and 1045.10004 but neither of them see to work

Are there specific maps for carminat 8.843? I can’t seems to find it on the forums
I would like to use a map that has lane guidance

i might not understand it? but is 1050.10180 not ok for carminat? it does say automotive and native car systems. is carminat not a native car system?

Anyone managed to had a working 1050 map?

Hi, I'm facing the same problem on a Renault Scenic III (2010) - Carminat (not live) - navcore 8.843 (latest) and map Europe 1050.10180.

Everything is ok with FA but the GPS says the map can't be used.

Yes the map is for Carminat. I suppose you are using navcore 8.843 and is the navcore patched.

In fact, my old map (Europe 1011.8978) still works fine on it.

I've tried with latest FasActivate with no luck, it patched the map successfully, generates the dct file, but when switching map in device got the error map not activted and doesn't work in the device... in both one 3rd edition and windows mobile navigator, Iberia 1050_10180 and Iberia 1050_10182, i have the 1045 versions running fine in this 2 devices...
