Hi new to Navitotal can anyone help me get the latest UK and Ireland maps or is Navcore better for my TT One XL version 0.8010, if Navcore is better what do I need to install if anyone can help that would be great, thank you

All you need can be found in the Navcore section and the latest map thread.
If in doubt we also offer a well sorted tutorial section.
As a general rule it is best to post all vital informations as at times we still struggle with the clairvoyant bit of our job here.

Check the latest available map version and select a Navcore of your choice - I can't tell you what you need.
9.510, 9.485 and 9.540 are the current Navcore versions, plus 9.702 for truck users.
945 maps are current with 950 maps coming soon.

Hi Downunder35m I managed to use your 9.510 installer which contains UK and Ireland folder 945.6243 but when I install it the device states no maps found can you help please thank you

Run FastActivate.exe option 2 & option 3 to insure that both map & navcore are patched.

Copy FA to the root of your device....so it could be either on the internal memory or the SD card depending where you've installed the navcore

still not loading properly it now states on screen ' Problem with map. You cannot use this map on this device: United_Kingdom_and Republic_of_Ireland-100307.' So I presume it still has not loaded map 945_6243 from your 9.510 loader. If I manually drag a map into SD card is there a specific folder it should go into. Sorry for being a pain

Does not matter if you keep the old map or not.
All you need is a DCT file, created FastActivate, inside the map folder.

Your unit will keep loading your old map until you switch to the new map, or you remove the old map.
Confirm that you have your entire setup either on your internal or a SD card but not both.

Still not working Tomtom states maps are not compatible with this device. Is there a way of installing newer maps directly to Tomtom internal memory thank you
