hi.is it possible to use truck maps on tt one v3?if yes,what navcore and maps I need to use?

Not possible, unless you have 4GB of storage memory. The map alone is 2540MB.

It is doable, if you have 4GB of storage memory. The required 4GB can be internal or on a card.

what about one xl with sd card slot? is it possible to use 4gb card and install truck maps and dedicated navcore?

I think the short answer here is "yes" .
You can use the Truck Navcore and map on a 4GB SD, but the One XL has only very limited hardware power in terms of CPU and RAM.
So even you are able to install all it might not work 100% fluently.
The extra features for truck navigation use more Ram and CPU power than normal maps, and the map is pretty big.

one xl is working with maximum 2gb sd card.how to change this to work with 4gb card?

Any Navcore, 8.300 or higher with B/L 5.5015 or higher, support the larger SDHC cards.
