Can you help me please? I have a 32mb One Xl which I have upgraded to bootloader 5.5128 and I have installed 8.395 truck Navcore,8.395 SE ttsystem and 845.2649 truck map on to a class4 4gb sdhc card and used Autoactivate v1.4 to patch it all. It does actually seem to work but is very very slow,can you offer any advice on why?

Because your device has only 32mb Ram and you won't have enough free Ram left for a good navigation.
You can try to disable some functions in the setconfig.txt and remove all computer voices and their folders, normal voices need less CPU and RAM.
But I'm afraid you won't be able to use the truck system on a 32mb device without problems.
Best option would be to upgrade to an used X20 or X30 device, but no 630.
