I just bought a tom tom xl one from eBay.
when i start the device it freezes on the tom tom screen,any one have any ideas on how toi fix it

Have you tried the tomtom clear flash tool to fix this ?? if yes then we will move on to the next step if not please use it find a link to it in my sig

You can consider this post solved. I found out it was a hardware issue.
