ONE XL missing copied voices in my One Xl map 8.5 32meg 1 gi

My Tom Tom won’t add all copied voices to the voice folder. If I delete the voice folder and create a new one, then use fast or auto activate its finds some of them but still won’t see all of them on the device or the 1 gig SD card. MY Tom Tom is a One XL ver. 1 with 8.5maps 32meg ram 1 gig space. I have tried the directions given with auto activate and fast but have had no lock. What I mean is when I boot the tom tom and try to change the voice not all of them are found on the unit when I try to change to them. They get copied to the unit. Auto or fast active doesn't recognizes them. Sorry I been up all night trying to get this unit working.
Thank you in advance for any help you could give me. If this is the wrong place to ask, sorry.

Sorry my nav core is 8.010. Boot is 5.3026 and GPS is v1.21. The voices are data79,data73,data 72 ,Darth Vader. Basically all of the non stranded Us voices. A few prop up like data69 06-09 and a few others but I have enough room for about 10megs and it copy's to the unit but the unit doesn't see them. If I delete the voices on the GPS it will find some of new ones but it then loses others. It only let me see about 8 voices at a time.

Especially with older Navcores you can find a limit for installed voices.
Newer Navcores can handle more voices and can address the voices with number greater than 110 too.
Keep in mind that you need more than the data files to make them work.
I suggest you start with the standard that comes with your device and add the voices one by to test if they work.
