You are not a pain. Confirm you are looking at your device & not TT Home "Operate my device".
Remove, not delete, the "data" files except: data.chk, data_is2.chk, data_lis.chk, data_ra.chk, data_sp.chk & data_ts.chk. Reboot.

If no help, download the data files from my unit w/ 9.205.

model.txt placed in root folder,
didnot create setconfig.txt.

djc151084 wrote:I was just going to suggest to him , if he does not have a "TomTom Services to put this attached file in the root of his device it is "x40" also failing this he might have to create a setconfig.txt and put "bton"

was awaiting instuction on the above quote, so as yet not created.

"Looking at my Device"

will await your instruction before going forward with what tendriver has asked on removing data files etc.

Remove, not delete, the "data" files except: data.chk, data_is2.chk, data_lis.chk, data_ra.chk, data_sp.chk & data_ts.chk. Reboot.

When you say Remove, do you mean cut and paste to safe place??
