I uploaded a packet for all sorts of problems, including some TTS patches.
If you can't get it to work you might try to download this [Please Register or Login to download file]

Inside you'll find a LoquendoTTS folder - unpack it to your device and confirm overwrite.
If still no luck try the additional patch which is also included.
One of the two should give you the sound back.

little update

I tried many navcore from 8.526 to 9.205, no voice (just for the first time when I set the voice but NEVER a computer voice), after that even the normal voice is not working. In tom-tom home I can see ONLY the normal voice and is working (in HOME). I can't download any other voice.

You only need to overwrite the files on your device with the ones in the archive.
The first "patch" is the included LoquendoTTS folder and if that fails there is an additional TTS patch - copy the files with TTS in the filename from the folder "bin" in the archive onto your device into the same folder.
If that fails too your only option left is to try one of BMWDRIVER's -Navcores based on the DM patches.
