hi guys
wondering if you could explain

been D/L tomtom files now for a few months
have quite a few
so now ( i think ) am quite knowlagable on most things
but 1 thing i have always been stuck on is operating my one through tomtom home
this i have never acheived
yes i have read the tutorials
but still unable
it has took me weeks just for tthome do D/L the required file needed
every time i tried would just stop D/L
but now i have managed to get the file, operated my one now in tthome it says i have no map
which i have had this before
can you give info to get further

Hi, can you give me some details please are you using the newest version of tthome, and what is your problem do you want to use the "operate my device" feature but cant ?? if so please take a screenshot of your error,

current navcore is 8.560 but with the modified 8.544 navcore on top
for the 3 panel look
current map 845.2665 uk
i have no problems with device
just to operate through tthome i have not acheived yet

what do you mean 8.560 with modified 8.544 ? you shouldnt mix navcore files from diffrent versions and 8.544 is a tomtom start navcore ? The navcore i reccomend for you is 8.410 , this works well on the v4

Connect your device to your pc run tthome[color="Blue"] (Download the latest version of TThome below)[/color] Click operate my device, Home will now download a small folder, after it is finishd run keygen 4.1D and choose button "patch tomtom home" when finishd close the keygen, restart tt home and you should be able to use the operate my device emulator.

yeh i know doesnt sound rite with a mix of navcore
i had 8.560 running on device
but on another site ( sorry )
i picked up the modified 8.544
the 8.544 is not the full navcore was only the data.chk files, to overwrite files in navcore
this gives me the 3 panel look of the start but i get the normal menus + battery last much longer than with a navcore 9
but is working great
had it installed maybe 2 weeks and never had a problem, and i do deliveries so use it every day still no problem

Ok , also another thing tho , software not downloaded from this site are not supported here, this is not to make it aurkward for users but for quality control , it lets us test all of the files before we offer them for download and makes things easyer for everyone this is 1 of the things that makes our forum so good, it means you do not get scatterd bits of files all over the forum
