TT Home "Operate my device" is just an emulation/simulation & should not be used to trouble shoot problems with the device.

Do you mean Hard reset not working as in you can not do a hard reset or just not fixing the problem?
Yes Clear flash program to help "clean" the system.

I've done this and it worked fine http://www.navitotal.com/forums/showthread.php?8302-8.412-Setup
If it ain't broke don't fix it!
ALWAYS BACK-UP YOUR FILES/FOLDERS BEFORE MAKING EDITING CHANGES!

Please do NOT post any thanks. Simply press the hand icon with the "thumb up" which is the thank you button.

As xFilda states in post 1, 9.061 is the current navcore for his device.

@ xFilda,

Please take a screen shot of the navcore & a screen shot of the contents of the map folder on your device & post them here.

If you havn't used your unit for sometime, the battery may be dead flat. Suggest you leave it plugged into your computer all day and then try again. Hope that helps

Hi guys,
