Yes, you will need to patch the voice using one of the keygens but it will work.

I dont have an iphone so i dont know how they work but i know that you will be able to patch with Easyusetools , if you send me your device id via pm i can patch for you if you get stuck

Hi Tendriver, yes i did. I tried the latest EasyUseTools, generated a .dct file, copied the data103.vif + data103.chk + data103.dct to the TomTom map "voices" on my iPhone. Reboot and respring but within Tomtom 1.6 only the option to buy the voice is visable but its not yet activated/bought.

Until Tomtom 1.5 Europe for iPhone it wasn't a problem but it looks like they changed something.

Is this a typo error. The Vader files go in the voices folder, but the voices folder does not go in the map folder.

yes, a typo error. The Vader files went into the voices folder, not the map folder.

iPhone all voices is listed in iPhone app, You need to replace an existing voice with the same name for get it working

but then you see the name of the old voice instead the new one in iPhone TomTom menu

Replacing an existing voice like PiEtU said doesn't work. PiEtU, do you have an iPhone with TT v1.6 incl. premium voices activated?
I renamed it to an excisting voice but the app crashes when selecting the voice. I editted the meta.txt and the .vif file and changed the Dart Vader to an existing voice but that wouldn't work either. TomTom changed and improved the security for premium voices. Previous TT versions (v1.5 and 1.4) had no problems with activated premium voices.
I opened the Tomtom .ipa file with winrar and added some premium hactivated voices and installed it but no premium voices..
Since TT 1.6 i can't get them to work. I allready noticed that i'm not the only one with an iPhone + TT v1.6 + premium voice activation problems.

Is there any developments for this problem? I've been trying to get it to work too. Hahahaha. I think I've tried all the methods that were mentioned here already. =p
