I bought an used car which came with a TomTom navigation system built-in, but upon turning it on, an error occured that the map had to be updated. I read the SD card into the computer and installed the TomTom software but it didn't register that I even have a map on my card. When I try to activate the FastActivate.exe, which was last updated on the 2 of September 2013, it says that I have to download the latest update, but I cannot find it anywhere and it won't download it on itself. Please help me

1. FastActivate was last edited online 19 May 2015 @ 16:12.
2. FastActivate.exe has 9 options, which are explained in detail, in post 1. 1 of the options updates FA to the current version, dated 22/07/15

My maps aren't registered by the tomtom software and I cannot access them in my car. Should I name the folder in which the maps are located specifically?

Since you fail to give any useful details I just assume you drive a Renault.
If so please visit your dealer for map updates and troubleshooting or check the dedicated Carminat threads to see if your version can be patched at all.
