Hi,
Does anyone know why this has happened and how to fix it?
I have two TomTom XXL540 IQ devices. I have downloaded the correct Map with meta i.e. Australia 1100_11651.
This works on my most used TomTom XXL540 IQ device but not the other.
This message pops up "Problem With Map" You cannot use this map on this device Australia -103563.
I even copied the entire contents from the working device to the one that said Problem with Map.
I'm stumped as to what could be the issue.
I have tried deleting and pasting 5 times already.

That's the classic message when the system hasn't been patched with FA option 3

I completed Option 3 on numerous occasions and always come back as already patched.
However when I patched the Map, I get two messages. One message says ok.
The other said Incomplete Map.
I don't know why or how that comes about as when I patched the other device, I had no such problem. very weird.

This is bizarre,
After using FA and option 3 again. I now get the map to work. I now have two working devices. I'm stumped why it didn't work previously.
