Problem with using FastActivate

Hi,
I had attempted to update to a new map Australia_1050_10179 and used the following meta AC 03 5F 55 8E 39 0D 74 43 99 1F 8E E9 E6 42 4F Australia-102447.meta ; Australia 1050_10179 for this map.

I then attempted to run FastActivate to patch maps, speedcam, navcore etc.

This error message was generated.

Incomplete Map 102447 meta = dct ERROR

I don't understand why this happened, either FastActivate is the problem or I have the incorrect map , meta code or both.

I rule out the latter two as they have worked in the past.

Anyone know what could be the cause and how to correct it?

Update,

I have corrected the problem.

I had previously searched for the alternative activator thanks to holyhead. I used Internet Explorer 11 as the web browser and it could not see the alternate activator, all I could see was a webpage.

I then used Firefox , what a difference and viola I can now see the alternative activator, thanks to holyhead.

The Activator works and now have a new working map.
I had to do some shuffle three or four files as it could not see them, works slightly different to FastActivate. All good.

I currently have a problem with Fastactivate, I host P33dro's Fastactivate, due to an IP change my server is no longer accessible and you cannot find an update or the meta.txt file anymore.
A temporary solution for that meta.txt that you can get it from here.
