I received from my brother one tomtom one V3 damaged

If I go to tomtomHome I check and I have the last navcore original,
but the scream/monitor is blank.
also does not give any sound
already tried the reset,
press power button for 30 seconds and nothing appears
The TOMTOM CLEAR FLASH but nothing

This already happened to somebody?

If you can connect to your pc but see nothing on the screen i am 90% positive that your screen is damaged or something come loose inside, i dont really know much about hardware repairs only software, so maybe some 1 else will come along and give you a better answer than me.

I'm 100% sure that LCD screen is damaged. Try to disassemble it, check the connector, check for water damages etc

the scream when I click the power give white light, onli the white light.

Damaged screen. Try to find new one, from old device. Ebay should help you

Hello Again

I think the problem ins`t the scream (dysplay)
I think is some part in GPS , Maiby the Firmware, something wrong.
On my 920 if I Press the load firmly in power button it appears a menu that gives me information of the gps,
but in this model shows nothing,
I click the power button it turns color white.
