Is there a way to get RDS/TMC working on TT nav3 device (I mean decode non-public encrypted RDS/TMC broadcast like MediaMobile ) ?

Hi,
I have the tomtom carminat (No Live) in version 8.843 patched with the latest maps in 1095 and the latest speedcams and everything works fine except the TMC traffic info.
I do have the green circle which tells me that Tomtom has found a station broadcasting TMC traffic information, but when I deliberately plan a route that passes through traffic jams, the TMC traffic information does not tell me anything about the route planned (by clicking on route info on the route) or on the tomtom map.
To believe that Tomtom can not decrypt the TMC.
Having read all this thread, I know that it takes a mctx file to decrypt the TMC and in my case, it would take a file in TX02.
I am attaching the mctx file that I currently have in the Tomtom Carminat apparently in TX02 format.
I specify that I am in France and apparently, there are 2 traffic info providers via TMC : Viamichelin and MediaMobile (V-Traffic).
I haven't put the file that "deadbeef" kindly uploaded to me yet which is different from the one I'm attaching here.
Should I ?
And if not, do you have a solution so that I actually receive the TMC traffic info ?

Hi. I don't know but by reading your nick ... are from Portugal (living in France)? Never mind, it just a guess. Anyway, you are not the only one who has that problem, i am portuguese and i live in Portugal and i have the same issue, only difference is that i already have 1100 maps. TMC patched through "software" that patchs maps, navcore, speedcams and ... TMC (for carminat in my case, there a option for the other equipments). Although green signal appears on top corner of the tomtom screen, the same thing happens (no traffic jams are indicated). Possiby because ... radios are not sending the informations anymore through air!? Green light indicates i think that frequency exists and it is avaiable, but maybe no info is there. Nowadays, people uses more Android Auto or Google Maps on the phone .... maybe that is it , but i do not know for sure.

The system worked before, indicating the traffic. If now dows not work, what has changed? Regards
