Yes I did. When I copied ttsystem and PNDNavigator to card i didn't see anything about overwriting common files.

You should have gotten an overwrite for the ttsystem file. There isn't a PNDNavigator file in the .cab.

Not with 8.351. It would not be of any help if there was one. A PNDNavigator file is navcore specific like the ttsystem file.

Thanks to Tendriver and others I was able to achieve this update.
One thing to be aware of is the SD card procedures. In my PC with a built in card reader, if I didn't shut the card down properly using "Safely remove devices" the files would be corrupt and not work correctly. Be sure to use this option from the taskbar.
