recomend a navcore

as the above says its for a tom tom one v 4 (non widescreen) at the mo its running 7.162(8492/0711) OS2327 gps v1.21 boot 5.3029

If djc's recommended navcore 8.410 doesn't work for you, you might try this little newer version.

Home dll + outsourced is in Basicpack

this unit has no hard storage on the device, he wants to put a 1 gig card in and the most suitable navcore and latest maps
the 1 gig card he has given me is a SD and shows up in the device so i take it that it is compatable .
Are there any files from his old card i need to copy over or just use the new navcore add maps and fast activation and go from there

No you do not need to copy nothing from the old card unless you want to keep the favorites or voices or cars or something ???

brilliant got it working new navcore, new maps device working fine , used8414 navcore very nice he will be pleased its like a different device
