IQ Routing is a map feature, not a navcore feature.
This chart will show you what map versions have IQ & will work with your navcore. [Please Register or Login to download file]
Then you look here: All New Maps 865.XXXX for the map you want & that will fit in your device.

Quite easy. The map versions are in the gray left column & the navcores are in the purple top row. If your map version & navcore converge at a green Y box, then they will work. Map size is the only other consideration.

Yes, but only if you have a map, that has IQ Routing, which a 865.3259 map doesn't have.

From NC 8.2XX with the right map you have Alg and IQ routes. So if you get map 865.2345 you have Alg + IQ

It would be more correct to say they are navcore & device memory specific. Your ONE is a good example. Your 8.410 navcore supports IQ, but your small memory & no card slot limits your map choices. As previously stated, 865.3245 maps have IQ. You can use UK & ROI 865.3245 with IQ, but not Western Europe 865.3245, etc.

yes i cant see the logic why they took the sd card slot out on some models and kept the memory so small

It was designed as an entry level regional device. There are almost a dozen "Regional" devices & only a couple of them have slots.
