Hi guys, I have just wiped a GO930 and done a clean install of the (latest) navcore using TTHome, added a map, patched nc & map with Fastactivate. My problem is that I cannot get the LoquendoTTS voice to work. It is a very long time since I did a clean install - what am I forgetting/overlooking?

The Loquendo (7.0) voice was downloaded from here (NT) along with the folder 'patch'.

Hi Macca,

Extract your .cab voice in the folder called "LoquendoTTS" in the root.

Then overwrite your "LoquendoTTS" folder with this file:

Hidden Content: This board requires you to be registered and logged-in to view hidden content.

If that's the same as the one in the Voices section, I've already tried it, if it isn't the same please send a link that doesn't set my anti-virus alarms off! All I can get from it is an executable (.exe) 2.03MB Kirafat Setup file that scans as highly suspicious, not a .rar file.

Weird...I don't get even get a hint of any *.exe files on that site but I obviously have my PC setup different to yours

I think it's the same file which should've worked. Anyway, I've rarred up my complete loquendo tts file from the root of my working 940 Live and uploaded it on the following link:

Update: Installed and working fine - Thanks fred, I can only assume my files were corrupt or a mis-match in some way.
Anyhow, enjoy the sunshine
