No Sound

OK guys i have a go 730 when i use blue thooth when it rings or i try and ring someone i don't here no ring tone...I know i used to but now nothing...

Please tell me what navcore are you using and is it SE version ?

Navcore 9.004 isthe one i am using...

Change it to newer, I had the same problem with this navcore.

Please upgrade to a 9.026 .cab file and the SE ttsystem file i think this will fix your problem.

9.026 and 9.004 have no diffrence in the way they look or act, just 9.026 is reported to have all features working in a lot more devices than 9.004

Sorry for being dumb but what does flashing yourr tomtom do i have never heard of it well i never done it before other than that i do alright....

Do you mean the "tomtom clear flash tool" ? this empties your devices flash memory wich can cause problems like reebooting when full

So i take it that give it a full backup first before i do this...Mate i'm so glad i found this place u don't get much info out of Austech anymore but here i do...All i need now is a new map i have Australia v845.2661 ATM and some 4WD tracks and i will be very happy...

Yes always do a full backup before you upgrade your navcore, using explorer

I tryed the bluethooth with my phone again but i still get no sound or ring tone fom the gps...I can see it connects but now sound fullstop...

Ok did you upgrade to the navcore files i stated in post #5

I have the 9.051 firmware now shouldn't that fix it or do i need to go back to what u said....

i recomend using 9.026 yes it is more stable over a wider range of devices
