Start 25 - Can't connect to tomtom.com/getstarted

Probably an old question but am hoping that there's an alternative to the 'getstarted' web page that no longer exists.

I got a TT Start 25 today that looks like it has maps from 2013 and would like to update it. Is it MyDrive Connect that I need? If so, I'm having all sorts of problems getting it to run on an old XP laptop. I'm a Linux user so don't have anything but the old XP machine to run Windows apps.

MyDrive Connect runs on the laptop but does nothing when I try to log in.

Any thoughts gratefully accepted.

After trying WinXP in VBox and having no success , I now have a connection to the TT Start 25 in a W10 VBox VM.

It looks like you've answered your own question but yes, it's MyDrive Connect that you have to use

Thanks for the quick reply and the link.

After getting the connection to the TT Start in the W10 VM, MyDrive Connect also started to work. I've now managed to update the device with the latest system & maps to 12.075xx & Europe map 1135xx
Still not sure why the XP VM wouldn't work but W10 was fine.
It beats me why TomTom can't even be bothered to host a holding page at 'getstarted' with some info about what to do.
