I have a TTT XL with UK map 885.4009 and I think navcore 9.430. I updated last night and had to crack the core after the update. This morning when I tested it, not all of the street names appear when I driving along. Anyone got any advice on this?
Thanks for your help.

Check the settings in Main Menu, Change preferences, Advanced preferences. All 4 options on Advanced preferences page 1 should be checked.

I can't find advanced preferences. I only seem to have Driving View Preferences, Volume & Brightness Preferences and Planning preferences. My TT is a XL2 IQ routes edition.

In that case you might consider the help on the device or the manual.
Several low end devices are limited in their menu functions and might not have all settings.

It seem that after updating the software, I have lost some of the menu options. I had them before.

If you were happy than simply put your backup on the device and save your current ttgo.bif as tgo.bak to prevent Home from the forced update next time.

[Please Register or Login to download file] Download this .rar. Copy the 2 files into your unit, overwriting the common file. Disconnect & reboot.
Now look for the Advanced preferences. If there refer back to post 2.
