First whitch bootloader you have

Checking bootloader (the only reliable method)

Enter a device reset 15 sec.

Then turn on the device and hold the start button until you
get info screen. Which bootloader is there.

*) Recommended Navcore 4.NC9.510_DSA_voices_UK_Vocalizer.NLASR_Lane.zip

Download
[Please Register or Login to download file]

1) Unpack the* navcore (winrar ) and place folders and files on your SD Card.
--
2) Reset The Device and start it till the announcement "No map found" Or You cannot use this map on this device
--
Copie the chosen map to your SD Card) in his own folder.
If you open the map you see the loose files and probably a folder (brand).
Not a map in a map.
--
3) Copy "FastActivate.exe" to your SD Card)
topic14003.html

Run "FastActivate.exe".
     Select 2 and Done
==================
maps-v9xx-f179/all-new-maps-975-976-t19030.html

Look at the chart Horizontal the navcores
In your case the 9.510 so the 9.5xx

Then vertical the Green Y
To the left, the maps wich can be used with the navcore
To the right wich features the map have. Those features only have use if your device supports them.
i.e the One has no microphone so a map wich support it has no use
At least there must be a meta for the map. So no meta the map has no use at all.

tried several times. I unpack the zip and copy the content to the sd card. I reboot and nothing happens. gets stuck on the start image. If I remove the card it asks me to insert the card. I insert the card and nothing happens. if I connect to the pc the image appears connecting to the pc. but that's it. doesn't do anything from there. doesn't boot. I can't get it to turn on and get the map error :(

The above looks a little strange to me...have you tried a different SD card?

It's a 4GB card.

OMG.
it was the SD card. I tried so many things and it didn't worked. when I connected to the gps via usb cable everything was fine but it didn't boot. tried with the original card and it worked. but it only has 256mb xD

what kinds of cards it supports? I was trying a normal 4gb sd card. doesn't it support SDHC cards? if not, can I do something to make it work?

thanks

EDIT:
thank you all. fixed the issue. formated the SD card and copied everything and it worked. I was confused because when I connected the gps to the pc via cable I could see all the files. but when I booted nothing happened. formated, copied works flawless! thanks!
after all I was doing everything right it was just the SD card issue. thank you!

For information: format your device or SD(HC) card FAT or FAT32 not NFTS.

A TT will run with any size SD or SDHC card, as long as the bootloader is 5.5015 or higher.
