i deletedall cookies and temp internet files and tried again still no good.
then i checked i can accept cookies i can and still no good
what else should i do for further reference please :)

Many thanks i think its a setting on the site issue ive just re tried it with settings as they were and it worked first time ???? mayby the site knew my ip addy from previous downloads of the maps ?? who knows anyway you are very helpfull hope fully all will now be well .
when i hopefully get my 520 ill now be ready to update it and try it out without to much bother
