Huh...there is no serial number that begins with GO?
No, if it's truly an XXL then you can fully update it, there are plenty of members here with the same device
Plug it in to the PC and in Windows Explorer look on the device for a file called ttgo.bif > right click and open with notepad > copy the data and paste it up here and we can have a look at it

I've edited your post above as it has personal information in it...like your address coordinates etc (which I've removed) and left the relevant information we need.
Your serial number starts with GQ which confirms it is an XXL. The 9.430 navcore (operating system) needs updating to the latest level and your 885.4009 UK map is extremely old now...all of which we can do. Hopefully you're reasonably competent on a PC which'll make life a lot easier and you'll also need to have WinRAR installed too.
Start by enabling hidden files & folders on Windows Explorer and copying ALL of the files from your XXL to a safe place. Having a backup is paramount before proceeding.

1. Extract the new navcore to the device overwriting all the files it asks about...when finished disconnect and start up the XXL and all should be ok
2. Extract the new UK & ROI map to the XXL
3. Extract FastActivate archive to the root of the XXL > find FastActivate.exe and run it > select option 1 & wait a moment for it to update > select option 2 to activate the new map - you should see a message that says ***.DCT = Ok > now select option 3 to patch the new navcore to accept downloaded maps - wait for patch successful message > disconnect & test
What is the result?

No, not the full Europe map as it's too big to fit on your XXL but possibly a smaller map that includes Spain...we'll come to that later once you understand the process
