Tom Tom 520 - Add Truck

My first effort with a Tom Tom so please be kind!!

I believe I can upgrade my 520 so as to provide trucking navigation.

Having read many topics on the forum, and the Tutorials, is choosing the right navcore and maps the key to success?

You are correct. The current Truck navcore is 9.701. The current map is Europe_TRUCK v910.4958.
You will have to load the Truck navcore & Truck map on a 4GB or larger SDHC card. They won't fit on your internal memory. Bootloader 5.5015 is required to use a SDHC card.
