Open the iGO speedcam file (in .txt format) in Excel or a freeware alternative and save it as a .csv file. Download itnconverter ([Please Register or Login to download file] ) and let it convert the .csv to .ov2 file for TomTom.
Than test it. I cannot give any guarantee it will work, but when, you are okay.

Any prudent person would check the accuracy of the alerts coming from a source other than TomTom. "TRUST BUT VERIFY!!"
