tom tom xl N14644 problem

sorry no my set up is diffrent now newer maps newr navcore

mines got 875 uk maps and 9101 navcore

OK. Suggestion. Cut everything out of your mate's XL. Copy your XL's setup into it. Reboot it to create a correct ttgo.bif file, then patch it.

So i tried this,
removed everything from my mates devices
copied everything from my device over to his device
removed the map settings file from map to avoid boot loops
it just stuck on the boot up screen with TT logo on
ran clear flash tool 3 times just sticks on the same screen

could it be a boot loader issue

Confirm that after you coped your XL's setup into it, you rebooted it to create a correct ttgo.bif file, then patched it.

The b/l is OK.

Not a problem. The patcher just needs the device's Serial # & Unique ID #, so copy back into the device the ttgo.bif that was in the files that you cut from it.

did that and ran the patcher ,patched maps and voices but still sticks on boot screen

well i think its goosed, tried everything i know and everything suggested, if i loaded the orignal navcore and map etc it just freezes in the setup menu when you slected the time, if i load a working navcore and map from another xl it just freezes on the boot up screen
