a friend of mine has given to me an old One xl in order to be upgraded
After being upgraded by TTHome, ttgo.bif is as below

I have succesfully patched ttsystem by means of fastactivate as well as for maps (890.4611 and 890.4600) but the results is always the same: no maps found.
With the old original map it works (675)

Any clue?

NB: it has been since 2009 i've been patching my Carminat TT.

The 900 maps are current.
The 8.010 Navcore is current for your XL.
So my clues are:
Use current files includeing the lates FastActivate as linked in the map thread.

What is the SD's max allowable size the ONE XL can mount?
I put in a 4GB SDHC with no fortune

2. A SDHC card requires bootloader 5.5015 or higher.

Not any type of 4GB sdhc cards works on one's device!
Must use an "takeMS" SDHC class2 4GB card.
Go to find to buy this type of sd card on any media shops.

Please stop your useless comments that are completly wrong anyway!
Any SDHC card is supported using bootloader 5.5012 or higher!
If you buy cheap no name crap it is not the device, but the cheap SD causing the problem!
Same for your "takeMS", which is a noname!

If that "CurrentMap=TTWestern_and_Central_Europe_2GB_845_26 45" is the folder name change it to "WCE" and try again.
But I hope you have the current map files in that folder and not the 845 files...

4754 maps are not compatible with your 8010 navcore. 4608 & 4757 maps are compatible. Have you patched 8010?

i had to install everyting again because the screen was frozen i've try to delete the currentmap.dta and connect the device to the computer to the tom tom home but the programe was allways stoping...
do you recomend someting...
and i've use the fastactive to patch the navcore..

What navcore & map setup is on your device now? Is it functioning properly, not connected to a computer?

i have the original and i've install the uk and ireland 900-4608 and europ west 905_4757 and i left the original TTWestern_and_Central_Europe_2GB_845_26 45 my sd card is 8gb it works on the pc but not on the tom tom i dont know what to do.....
