tom tom stops

Whilst updating a friends tom tom one xl it keeps stopping ....
im using SE_Navcore.9.205.547817_32mb_devices the auto instale one
it stops for a rest and restarts again from where it left off
has anyone else had this happen to them ?

Yes looked at that but it isnt when the new navcore is loaded it is whilst it is loading it sort of stops for a rest then starts to load again whilst it is connected to the pc and the transfer is happening...
