Tom Tom XXL help please

trying to get an 890 uk map on but with no luck , however using downunders 8854009 uk and roi with auto install it is transfering no problem im conviced its either the usb cable or port i will report back but for now all seems good with auto install maps at least

I'm betting on it being a bad map. 895.4444 isn't the right version in the first place. You want 895.4438!!

tried 4438 as well i had both neither would transfer,mannualy copying a usa 890 4234 to it now and it doesn't seem to have any problems either so your right it could be bad map

which loquendo voices would go with this device can you use any or is it just v7

If one map will load, regardless of how it's loaded, manually or auto, and another map will not, that's a pretty good indication of a bad map.

Loquendo 7 is current.

used a 890 map for now will look for a working 895 when i have a bit more time
