I am using Navcore 8.412 with United States map 865_3262.

No sound at all. using the Susan voice. When I hit the test button, nothing happens.

Any advice?

If 8.412 is a new navcore for you & you did a clean navcore installation, delete it, copy your backup back in to your unit. Then copy the 8.412 navcore files over it, overwriting any common files. If your backup had working voices, they should work now.
