i have problem with my navi - comp don't recognise it and on screen is blue with picture of navi and red circle with white x. what shoud i do - please help
and windows always offer to format but could not operate it

Reset the device and see if it connects to computet.
If it fails make sure to try another usb, computet or cable.

i reset it and nothing happens. i use usb cable same as work on tt one xl. windows recognize it and show that he have 2gb of space but i can't acess to him. tt home also don't recognize device - try 30sec reset for 20times

It woulfd be nice to know what map, navcore & bootloader you are using!!!

i don't now bcause i can't acess to device. every time when i conect him to comp, comp offer me to format but can't finish operation so can't see anything. device menager recognize it as xl but nothing else

Confirm that this is YOUR DEVICE, & that you don't know what is on YOUR DEVICE.

if you want i can send you serial number. it is my device and not first one tomtom. my last one xl work perfect but this one make mi angry. i'm not new in this .
