Hello everybody, I have a problem with this device. TomTom starts with logo of truck, then restart many times. Restoring software in TT my drive connect does not work. The device initiates a connection with the program, but there is no progress. Please help.

This is one of the newer devices that can't be accessed or repaired through traditional means so you'll have to speak to TomTom Support directly

Myself, biggerdave and the Maverick have already given some good advice to try but you've already said that it didn't work...therefore there is nothing more we can do

You'll either have to send it in to TomTom for repair or buy a new one
