Why do moderators have to be sarcastic. Everyone needs help sometimes. Posted thread as a problem, not as information

I agree, but you have not asked for anything, you simply made a statement.
I already asked you if you have any questions.
Sorry, but I can not read your mind.
So please, if you want help make a complete posting including the necessary details.

1. I don't see any sarcasm in post 2. Downunder pointed out that you only posted info & asked if you had a question.

2. Have you done a hard reset & run the TT Clear Flash Tool ?

Just to get it all together here :
The SD card has to be in FAT or FAT32.
The Navcore has to be installed in the root of the device/SD card.
To make things short :
Connect your TT to the PC and use Home to update your device to the latest official Navcore.
If you only use the SD card for that, make sure you have a copy of your original ttgo.bif on it.
If all is working overwrite with the Navcore of your chioce and add a map.

What do you mean "it still did the same thing" ?
Have you installed the official Navcore using Home?

yes updated through tomtom ie navcore on both internal memory and on sd card then let tomtom restart the device
thats when it starts to reboot it self
it starts to read the card and before the blue line reaches the end it starts to read the internal memory
and it just keeps doing that over and over

Only with a Navcore and no extra content like maps the TT should boot normal.
Without the SD from the internal memory otherwise from the SD.
Please confirm there nothing else on the TT other than the Navcore.

Had a read through this and it sounds as if your internal memory is buggered.
Without an SD card in (you need to prove one way or the other if your internal's working), if you cannot connect to TTHome & check for updates etc and it won't boot up properly then there's something wrong with the internal memory. If that is the case then you'll need to run everything directly from an SD card (navcore/voices/maps etc)

Have you tried running the clearflash.exe from tt.com
