TomTom go 710 Truck map problem

Sun Dec 30, 2012 6:59 pm

First let me introduce my self, I`m Gary and i found your site while looking for truck maps. I have read and applied the information contained in this excellent forum to the best of my ability but i am now stuck and need to ask for your help.

I know from reading a lot of treads you need some information in order to help me i hope this is what you need:
GetMy-CFG v2.53
===============

DeviceID=xxxxxxxx
DeviceVersionHW=GO 710
DeviceSerialNumber=xxxxxxxxxx

ApplicationVersionVersionNumber=9160
TTSystem 4238379 bytes, modified 10/01/2010 01:11 AM
PNDNavigator 7976692 bytes, modified 10/01/2010 12:44 AM
BootLoaderVersion=48600
RDS/TMC 'mctx.dat' size 228 bytes
CurrentMap=Europe_TRUCK
CurrentMapVersion=901.4683
GreatBritainPostalVersion=Version900

# - - - - - End - - - - - #

The problem i`m having is that although the truck map is on my sat nav and i can search for a destination there is no truck specific data..By this i mean no where to put my vehicle detail, like size or weight.

I know my Bootloader Version is not the best but for the life of me i cant find the downloads and tutorials to change it.

Any help will be much appreciated.

Kind regards and Happy New Year, Gary

Your problem is quite simple. Please read the notice in the yellow box at the bottom of the compatibility chart in post 1 of the Latest Europe TRUCK Map Thread.
