Hi Guys

I have just aquired a tomtom 825, I am running windows 10 and can not for the life of me get the damn thing to show as a removeable drive. Windows just instals it as a network adapter can anyone point me in the right direction please..
Thanks in advance

That is normal behaviour for the newer devices built after September 2010.

This means that it's only devices built before that date that will show up as a removable drive and can accept downloaded maps.

The only slight solace TT can offer you is if they have a special on their maps offering a 30 or 40% discount.
Other than that buying a MyDrive-device without LifeTime Maps (LTM) is - I'm sorry to say - a waste of money.
