I dropped that patched SE_ttsystem.8.412.1236.rev1.1.rar (ttsystem file) into the root of my tomtom, now it randomly reboots in a loop.

Confirm that you also dropped the 8.412.1236.cab into the root of your tomtom.

Whew dropped a prepatched navcore on top of original files, ran fastactivate one last time. Everything works great and have latest maps. Thanks all for your help!!!
