Does "we have tried EVERYTHING" include a HARD reset of more than 30 seconds?

Turn TT off.
Connect to PC.
Push and hold reset button for 30+ sec.
Turn on TT.

TT should directly connect to the PC and show up as drive letter.
If so delete all files (not the folders!) in the root directory of your TT, except the file ttgo.bif.
Start Home and click on Update my device.
Follow instructions and your TT should start as normal when finnished.

If still no luck you might have a faulty HDD, it can be replace cheap with a replacement from Ebay or a CF card with an CF to ZIFF adapter.

If even hard reset with the TT connectet to the PC does not give you a drive that it is most likely your HDD has died.
You can check with a FIFF adapter to connect the drive to the PC directly to confirm it is dead or replace it with a new one (or a CF card).
