Tomtom go 910 won't start

Postby boxer29 » Sat May 07, 2016 10:42 am

A friend of mine hasn't used his Tom Tom 910 for over a year , now it won't start , when you plug it in the green light lights up on the top left side . Left it overnight to charge in the power socket , when you take it off the lights go off and it won't start , I have tried to press the on button for 30 Sec for a soft reset but nothing ,
What should I do

Will it start up when you're charging it through the power socket?

If so, the internal battery is stuffed.

And if you give it a reset do it the right way.

There is no file it is a link to the TomTom website ans if you fill in your device then you got the answer how to reset.
I have changed it to a Englisch link.

I'm doubtfull if a new battery will work. Quite possible you go some issue on hour circuit board.
But I hope you'll be lucky.
