tomtom 920 no gps

hi ..... ive got a tomtom 920 ive put 4 gb sd card with truck on it but not getting no signal i wasnt getting it b4 either any1 help please... thank you

Are you saying that the 920 boots up, but it doesn't lock on to the sats?

yes thats right ive tried the quick fix but no luck

What navcore & map is on the internal memory?
What is on the SD card besides the truck map?

Did you update the quick fix data?
Do you get a search signal for the satellites?
For how long did you wait outside to get a fix on your location?

on the internal map is western & central europe v825.2157

boot 5.5279

yes i did the quick off here i think it was ur and i all so tried from tomtom home how do i do a search for the satalites..?
i went for ride in car for about 25 mins

Confirm that you have Navcore 9.701 & map Europe Truck 915.5113 on the SDHC card.

the maps and navcore work coz ive used em before..

If I am reading post 1 correctly, you aren't getting a lock on using the interior setup or the exterior setup. Is this correct?

hi sorry for late reply i work away.. yes thats right its not locking on to the satalites with nither..
