I recently came into possession of a TomTom 940 LIVE and I am having an issue with being unable to get past the "I agree" legal agreement screen. When I press "I agree", the device freezes and reboots.
NC 9.541 has been updated through TomTom HOME and the maps are installed on a 32GB SDHC card. Bootloader is 5.5242
I have tried:
1. A full soft reset, going through the BIOS screen, and leaving the device for a few minutes before hitting "I agree".
2. Installing the maps on the internal memory and removing the SDHC.
3. If no map is installed, the device sits on "No Maps Installed" and doesn't reboot.
4. Full wipe and reinstall of the NavCore through TomTom HOME doesn't solve the issue.
The problem might be linked to the ASR "support_asr.dat" fix as I did apply that after updating the NavCore but I will have to test later tonight.
Any suggestions on a cause and fix?
